Christchurch Run2Heal this weekendHi Everyone,
I am writing this last minute note to you all while biking the Central Otago rail trail, (which I highly recommend) we’ve stopped at Oturehua Tavern for a toasted sandwich. It’s 11:10am and the locals are already here having a pint to celebrate St Patrick’s day.
Just a reminder or two
Event Registration takes place at the Armagh Bridge St entrance to Hagley Park on Saturday 18th March Noon – 4pm.
Please bring your emailed receipt to make processing faster.
ASB Pedometers will be available at Registration for $5.
Good news! Everyone who enters Run2Heal can take their receipt to a Bendon store and claim $10 off the price of a Bendon Sport Bra
ON SUNDAY
Remember daylight saving ends on Sunday morning at 3am.
Be at the Park in good time for early bird spot prizes (8:15am) and the aerobic warmup at 8:30am
Our M.C.’s Annabelle White (Mrs Christmas) and John McKenzie will keep you on your toes throughout the morning and Jackie Clarke, Tasiha, Suzanne Lynch and Tina Cross are all set to rock the park with up and coming stars Alice Louise Barker and Hamish Polsen.
Prize giving will be at 11am so be prepared to stay and enjoy the entertainment.
You’ll be able to admire the Audi A3 sportback that one lucky person will win in April. The winner will be announced at our final event on 30th April and will be flown to Auckland to receive their prize.
Looking forward to getting off the bike and gently running the 5km with you on Sunday.
See you there
