VERY IMPORTANT!
Event Headquarters have moved from Innes Common to the other side of the park!

Event Headquarters are now at the mini golf course area, off Ruakiwi Drive, i.e. 500m north of the café by the lake.

EVENT PACK PICK UP ON SATURDAY
Please collect your event packs at on Saturday 25th between 12.00 and 4.00 p.m. at Event Headquarters (above).  Bring your email receipt with you (if you still have it) as this will speed up the process for you.   Your email receipt will have a note of your event number and any merchandise that you may have ordered.

EVENT DAY – SUNDAY
Aim to be there around 8.00 – 8.15 to be ready for the aerobics warm up with Frankenfurter from the Rocky Horror Show at 8.30.  There will be some prize giveaways at 8.15 for early birds.

ENTERTAINMENT AT RUN2HEAL
Stay for the morning and be entertained!  There will be a Kellogg’s breakfast for all participants and we have a great line up of performers on stage to keep you and your family happy for the entire morning.  A coffee vendor will be on site for that early morning shot and there will be healthy food choices too.   Event wraps up around 11.30 a.m. so come prepared to stay and enjoy the entire morning.

PRIZES
Sponsor Spot Prizes on stage at 11.00. Bendon models will give away bra and sports wear vouchers throughout the morning.

TIMING YOURSELF
There will be a clock with time running at the finish line to check your own time.  We no longer record times or place them on our website; our research from past years has shown that the majority of participants did not want their times made public.  For those of you with stop watches, the 5k and 10k courses have been measured and sanctioned by Athletics NZ, so are accurate.

See you all there and stay healthy!
